Shipping Policy
At Hillfolk Conjure, each item is carefully prepared and packaged with attention to detail. As many of our products are handcrafted, processing times may vary depending on the item and preparation requirements.
Processing Time
Handcrafted candles may require additional preparation time. Please allow up to three weeks for handmade candle orders to be completed and shipped.
Some ritual oils and specialty items may be available as pre-orders and will be shipped once their preparation and completion process has finished.
Shipping & Package Protection
Every order is insured for up to $100 against loss or damage. If your order is lost or damaged, please contact us so we can assist with the insurance claim. If your order’s value exceeds $100, additional insurance is available at checkout and is strongly recommended.
Certain seasonal, small-batch items cannot be replaced. If an item is unrecoverable and no longer available, resolution is limited to the shipping insurance coverage.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Once a package is handed over to the carrier, delivery times are beyond our control.
Product Safety
Our products are created for ritual and external use only.
- Do not consume any products sold by Hillfolk Conjure.
- Patch test all oils, butters, salves, and balms before use.
- Please note that almond oil is used in our oil-based products. If you have a nut allergy or sensitivity, review product ingredients before use.
